The service has lasted five months and during that time it has been perfect, from the initial customer service for information and the contracting process, to the friendly installer Jonathan, who was always available to answer any questions during and after the installation. I should also mention the alarm monitoring center, which was always attentive to any issues or mistakes I made.
In short, it has been excellent and reassuring for me. When I need an alarm system again, Sumtec will definitely be my company of choice.
